Each tile is ½” thick from the highest point of the texture. The interlocking foam mats are made from dense EVA foam which absorbs impact and noise during workouts and provides a soft surface for exercises like push-ups and crunches. Easy-to-assemble interlocking foam floor pads covers 24, 48 or 144 square feet with end borders for a clean, finished look. Soft foam puzzle mat contains no phthalates.
