In case of damage to the goods during transport, the possible absence of the goods in the shipment, it should be reported to the courier and a complaint protocol should be written at the time of receipt of the goods.

The advertised goods should be accompanied by a completed complaint form and proof of purchase.
The store does not accept any cash on delivery.
If the data or information provided in the complaint needs to be supplemented, before considering the complaint the Seller will ask the complainant to supplement it in the indicated range.
The Seller shall consider the complaint within 14 days from the date of its receipt in its correct form. A response to the complaint is sent to the e-mail address provided by the Buyer or through telephone contact.
