In order to submit a complaint, all you need to do is:

The seller recognizes the complaint within 14 days from the date of its receipt. Usually the whole process does not take more than 7 days.
The response to the complaint is sent to the e-mail address provided by the Buyer, by phone or to the traditional mail address.
