By registering on the AlphaDiscounters marketplace, you participate in the AlphaDiscounters shopping cart. Thus, users know that the entire process is under the responsibility and control of AlphaDiscounters, and this is an important comparative advantage for new stores participating in the service.
Your story is displayed on each product that you have entered in the list of stories where it is sold. It shows your name, logo and ratings, as well as a link to your store's profile. This page displays basic information about the store, reviews of users who have made purchases in the past, and popular products of the store, depending on their popularity.
AlphaDiscounters users select and add the desired products to the cart and place an order. Payment is made by AlphaDiscounters credit/debit card or cash on delivery, and you receive a notification about the preparation of the order by email.

Costs, receipts and invoicing

There is no CPC charge, so no matter how many times the user clicks on the product, there is no charge. The service charges a commission on the price of the goods of the order, which depends on the tariff group to which they belong. Detailed information about tariffs by tariff groups can be found here.
For example, if you accept an order for your product that costs 100 euros and belongs to a tariff group with a commission of 5%, the commission you will pay will be 5% of the price of the product (100 euros), therefore 5 euros (+ VAT for stores in Greece).
For items that you sell through AlphaDiscounters, you must write a retail receipt, unless the customer requests an invoice. Currently, the tariff is mandatory for products from the following categories: Mobile phones, tablets, laptops and game consoles. The document issued by you for placing an order must either be included in the delivery package with the goods of the order, or uploaded electronically to the order page in the partner zone.
Payments are made every Friday to the bank account specified by you for all orders delivered up to and including the previous day, minus the corresponding commission. The specific payment procedure applies to orders made with a credit or debit card, while for purchases made by cash on delivery or in installments, there may be delays of several days to refund your money.
Invoices are issued monthly and include the repayment of your orders for the period from the 26th of the previous month to the 28th of the current month.

If you want to receive money from your orders every three days, then you can connect an additional package "Fast Finance", which offers three-day refunds for purchases on the card. Please note that it does not apply to orders that are paid by cash on delivery, interest-free installments or obtaining a loan. The quantity displayed on your products is updated by you through the partner space based on the actual availability of your products. The quantity is automatically deducted when users place orders, and automatically increased in case of a refund. When an item is sold out in a store outside of AlphaDiscounters, you must report it.
The cost of delivery is calculated based on the weight or volume of each parcel. The volumetric weight is calculated: length x width x height. If the volume weight of the shipment is greater than the actual one, then the payment is made according to the volume weight.
AlphaDiscounters assumes the costs of banking operations and is solely responsible for their management.

Orders and Refunds

The first thing you need to do for each order that you want to accept is to click the "Accept" button and select the exact time and day of receipt of the order from the courier partner company. After choosing the time, it is enough to pack the goods of the order, put the receipt inside (if you do not attach it electronically from the order page) and glue the voucher to the courier company from the outside. You can find the voucher by clicking on the "Voucher" button at the bottom of the page, which will appear after accepting the order. Nothing else is needed from you. The courier company will receive the parcel at a pre-agreed time and day, and the order will reach the consumer.
From the moment of receipt of the order, depending on the availability of goods, you have from 6 to 8 working hours (from 9:00 to 18:00) to accept or reject it. The order expires after 8 hours.
The packaging of the products is carried out by you. The packaging you use must properly protect the products and include a receipt or invoice if you have not uploaded them electronically to the order page in the partner zone. If desired, you can also include a return instructions form.
If you know that you cannot fulfill an order, you must immediately cancel it. Thus, the user will be informed at the same time that he will not receive them and the money will be returned to him immediately. If you let it expire, the user will have a pretty bad attitude towards you as a seller.
The voucher can be printed on any black-and-white or color home printer and on plain paper. The printer is only needed to print the voucher. The voucher contains a unique code of the transport company, which allows us to find out the status of the order at any time.
In case of a request for a refund from a customer, we take care of the entire process, as well as the cost of the refund. You will simply receive the returned parcel from the courier. In case a refund is unacceptable due to wear and tear, send us a photo of the returned parcel to [email protected] so that we can check her condition and let you know. Please pay attention to the order number in the subject of the email for better management.
In case of a request for a refund from a customer directly to you, inform him or contact us at [email protected], or manage the refund through your AlphaDiscounters account.

Closing your account

You can close your AlphaDiscounters account 6 months after the last order. Accounts of stores that do not have an order process can be closed instantly.
